Valve plates for thermostats

These valve plates for thermostats function as sealing for temperature control in the cooling circuit. These parts are made with the so called shuttle principle and ITM-technology on a 450-tons injection moulding machine from a glycol resistant HBR rubber of 75 ShA.

Detail is the top adhesion because of the huge vibrations and high flow speeds at temperatures that can rise up to 120°C.
